Pulse Sequences

nmr logoThe staff and users are developing pulse sequences to increase throughput and information content for structure determination, screening and metabolomics.

NMR pulse sequence developments available  in HWB•NMR include:
  • projection angle data collection and processing, substantially reducing data acquisition times for protein assignment and structure determination.
  • Fast 2D NMR methods for metabolite analysis including J-resolved spectra and HADAMARD TOCSY.
  • New pulse sequences for dynamic nuclear polarization are being developed and tested using the HyperSense system.
  • Improved ligand screening methods including SALMON are being developed and tested with a range of therapeutic target proteins.
